Founded in 1997, ENKA TC (formerly known as RAMENKA) has been one of the first foreign commercial real estate developers and food retailers to enter the Russian market. Previously ENKA TC owned RAMSTORE hypermarket chain, later renamed to CITYSTORE.

Kapitoliy Shopping Centers and multi-functional lifestyle center Kuntsevo Plaza host more than 1,100 tenants, which include well-known international and Russian operators like Auchan, Technopark, Hugo Boss, World Class, IMAX, Mothercare, L’Occitane, Sandro, Maje, Michael Kors, Hamleys, Lacoste, Zara, Kiehl’s, Starbucks and others.

Right now ENKA TC is in the process of developing a new shopping center ith a building area of approximately 200.000 square meters in total. The new multi-purpose complex combines luminous shopping galleries, and amusement center, a cinema with the Russian biggest IMAX cinema hall, a fitness center with its own terrace, author’s cafes and restaurants. The Complex is located in a picturesque area surrounded by an apple garden. The project combines the merits of easy walking accessibility for the district residents and the proximity to one of the largest traffic throughways of Moscow.
