The original architectural concept of the shopping and entertainment center embodied the idea of the unity of the four natural elements: water, air, fire and earth. This concept is reflected in the functional zoning of the complex, as well as in the materials and decorative elements, architectural forms, design solutions and the color scheme of shopping galleries.
The project features a podium roof with a recreation and sports areas, which houses a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, the IMAX multiplex cinema with the largest screen in Europe, restaurant verandahs and an ice rink.
The main focus of the project is on preserving the ecology of the city’s district it located in. The shopping center is built up to modern "green standards". Environmentally friendly and non-hazardous building materials have been used in the project’s construction.
The facade of the shopping center is equipped with modern metal structures that create a comfortable environment in the illuminated project due to the soft diffused light and provide reliable protection of the light source from the effects of the environment.
It was the updated format of the project that allowed the new shopping and entertainment center to become the main point of attraction of the city district, meeting not only the highest quality standards, but also the most diverse demands of city residents, including cultural and leisure components.
